About the owner
Meaghan Barber is the founder of Virtual By Design LLC. She leads Low Country Virtual, a full-time virtual program that partners with districts across South Carolina, and works with the Department of Educational Studies at Coastal Carolina University.
She started Virtual By Design to give schools and colleges the same practical, student-centered approach she uses every day.
